 One of my daily favorite apps both professionally and personally has been the Flipboard app.  Flipboard is a culmination of digital magazines created by social media.  You can add content from any RSS feed, Facebook feed, Twitter feed or hashtag.  That is only the beginning!  Flipboard provides the opportunity for you to create your own "digital textbook" to use in the classroom.  Take a look at these links to see how you can incorporate Flipboard into the classroom today.

Show Me App

   After reading about this app. for weeks, ShowMe is finally available in the Ipad app store!  Show Me is an interactive whiteboard app. that also provides a sharing community through the site to share/create lessons with other educators.  The tool provides the opportunity to use images and audio through the whiteboard, along with many drawing tools.  I also like the feature that you can upload them to the ShowMe site to get an embed code.  Many have written about the use of the Show Me app.  Looking forward to putting this app. to use this fall! I will start creating some lessons to get a head start!
